Kashan city is more than 7000 years old and it is a birth place of one of the oldest human civilization, Sialk. Hence Kashan dates back to the Elamite period of Iran and Sialk ziggurat still Stands today in the suburbs of Kashan after 7000 years. It is a city in the Esfahan province of Iran and due to the contrast between the parched immensities of the deserts and the greenery of the well-tended oasis it charms everybody.<\/p>\n
There are different opinions about its name. Some people believe its name because of high quality manufactured tiles or summer houses or territory of governors.<\/p>\n

This house is one of the masterpiece of ancient architectural art that was built by Mr Jafar Tabatabaei in 9th<\/sup> century and this building is an outstanding reflection of the lifestyle of Kashan wealthy families.<\/p>\n This building was built over a hundred years ago and belongs to a trading family when migrated to Kashan. Building the structure took 18 years of work by tens of laborers, architects and master painters and due to the fact that exceptional attention has been paid to all minute architectural details because of the geographical and climatic conditions of the area the building has attracted remarkable attention of architects.<\/p>\n It has been Claimed to be the world’s oldest ziggurat, dating to the 3rd millennium BC.<\/p>\n It was built 250 years ago, the building leaved for several years but now it has been restored to become a highlight of Historical Persian architecture with a beautiful courtyard and an amazing restaurant.<\/p>\n Bazaar belongs to the Safavid era and it is as one of Iran\u2032 s National Monuments in 1976.<\/p>\n Sweet of \u201cBaklava\u201d is a delicious sweet that is filled with all types of nuts like hazelnuts, pistachios, cashews kernels, walnut and almonds.<\/p>\n Some favorable sweet are Cookies, Pashmak, Haji Badami,<\/p>\n It is exceptional fragrance of flowers that is called with a traditional name “Golabgiri” (making rose water) in Kashan. In two summer villages Qamsar and Niasa the famous ritual is hold from mid-May to mid-June every year for making rosewater. It is used for cooking foods and desserts.<\/p>\n Kashan is not only famous for its rosewater but also for various medical plants such as mint, Bidmeshk, orange blossoms, etc.<\/p>\n The glorious legacy of Iran land is Kashan carpet because it provides 70% of Iranian carpets and these productions are famous all over the world.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n When you hear Qamsar name it brings to mind a rosewater festival in May and June because there are a lot of gardens full of damask rose and everywhere you step in its alleys the smell and the look lift your spirit. It is essential to mention that the Silk Road passed form here.<\/p>\n Red village is one of the most beautiful and oldest villages in Iran. The houses in this village are small, with wooden and lattice windows facing narrow streets and like Masuleh the roofs of the lower houses are the courtyards of higher houses. Because of mineral materials near the village that have red soil it is a red village.<\/p>\n it is said that Abyaneh village is the oldest human habitat on the edge of Dasht-e Kavir in 1500 years old beside the slopes of Karkas Mountain and they are from different periods of history such as Sassanid, Seljuk, Safavid, and Qajar, which depict the long life of the Abyaneh village<\/strong>.<\/p>\n Kashan is in the center of Iran and is home to the world\u2032s oldest civilization which came back to 7500 years.
